Overview
Our violin teachers can teach a wide variety of genres. The violin is normally associated with classical and folk music, but our violin teachers can teach every genre from pop to jazz and even some fiddle! Our students spend time each week working on technical skills to improve their sound quality and intonation. But also have their favorite songs incorporated into the lessons so they learn how to play their favorite piece. Our violin teachers, through their care and expertise, will certainly nurture any student’s love of the violin.
Do I need to purchase a viola to learn the instrument?
Brandon Music Academy offers viola for student lessons (for your convenience, students can use one of ours at their first lesson). But to practice at home, you will need a viola.
